Who handles warranty claims in Saudi Arabia?
Multicom Gulf handles warranty support locally for the films it distributes. Warranty length depends on the series and is listed in each specification table.
What does VLT mean on window tint?
VLT (visible light transmission) is the percentage of visible light that passes through the film and glass. A 5% film is very dark; a 70% film is light and close to clear glass.
Is a darker tint always cooler?
No. Heat rejection depends mainly on infrared rejection, not darkness. A light ceramic or IR film can reject more heat than a dark dyed film, which is why we compare films by TSER and IR rejection as well as VLT.
How dark can window tint be in Saudi Arabia?
Tint limits are set by the Saudi General Department of Traffic and differ for the windshield, front side windows and rear windows. Check the current regulation with your installer before choosing a shade; our team can advise on compliant options.
Do ceramic films affect GPS or mobile signal?
No. Global Hi-Tech ceramic and IR films are non-metallic, so they do not interfere with GPS, mobile, radio or toll-tag signals. Metallized high-performance films can affect some signals.
